Presently, we proudly offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Belgium and Australia, with a commitment to expanding our coverage to include even more countries very soon.

For our valued customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Australia, we offer the convenience of domestic shipping. This means your orders will be shipped directly from local warehouses, ensuring swift and efficient delivery tailored to your region.

For customers residing in other countries beyond the aforementioned regions, we provide international shipping. Your orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in mainland China. Our dedication to excellence remains consistent across all shipping destinations, and we endeavor to ensure your order reaches you in optimal condition and within a reasonable timeframe.

2.Estimated Delivery Time frame

For markets where we provide domestic shipping, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Australia, you can expect your orders to arrive within a timeframe of 3 to 7 days, with 3 days being the usual duration. This efficient delivery process is designed to get your items to you as swiftly as possible.

In regions where we offer international shipping, the estimated delivery time frame expands to a range of 10 to 30 days. It's important to note that due to the complexities of international shipping, delivery times may vary based on various factors and circumstances. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you in the best possible condition, despite the potential deviations in delivery times that can arise from international shipping dynamics.

We strive to ensure that our customers receive their products within 3-7 days. However, please note that there may be exceptions due to factors beyond our control, particularly with courier services. If the shipping time exceeds the aforementioned timeframe, we sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and patience.

In the event that your order experiences a significant delay, we will make every effort to send an email notification to you, provided you have provided us with your email address. However, please understand that once the product is in the hands of the shipping courier, our ability to directly intervene is limited.

We recommend that in cases of prolonged delays, you reach out to the respective shipping courier to seek further assistance. Your proactive communication with the courier can help expedite the resolution and ensure the timely delivery of your order.

In some cases, particularly when we receive orders of substantial quantity or significant value, we may choose to ship the product from our original factory in China. This situation may result in international shipping. Please rest assured that this decision is made to fulfill your order efficiently and maintain the quality of our service.

To keep you well-informed and updated on the status of your order, we will send you an email notification in the event that your order is subject to international shipping from our factory in China. This email will provide you with all the necessary details, including estimated delivery times and tracking information.

3. Shipping Method

In regions like the United States, Canada, and a majority of European countries, AIKE has teamed up with Amazon as our logistics partner to handle the shipping of AIKE products. Through this collaboration, Amazon will choose the most suitable carrier to meet our customers' requirements, including UPS, USPS, DHL, and Amazon Logistics.

In markets beyond these regions, AIKE takes the lead in selecting and partnering with international couriers that align with our standards. Our aim is to ensure a seamless shipping experience, providing you with efficient and dependable service regardless of your location.

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided. While we strive to expedite processing and shipping, there is a limited window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please promptly contact us if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

5. Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may incur a restocking fee determined by AIKE. 

6. International Shipping Order

At AIKE, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience to our valued international customers. To ensure transparency and clarify expectations, please take note of the following key points regarding international shipping:

1. Product Delivery and Lost Items: Due to the complexities of international shipping, we guarantee that if your product is lost during transit, we will promptly offer you a free replacement or initiate a refund for your order. Our aim is to safeguard your purchase and provide a worry-free shopping experience.

2. Custom Clearance and Cooperation: For international orders requiring customs clearance, it is the customer's responsibility to cooperate with the customs authorities of their respective country. If the customer refuses to cooperate or is unable to provide the necessary information for customs clearance, which subsequently results in product delay at customs, the customer will bear all associated costs and consequences.

3. Shipping Time Frame: While we strive to deliver your order as swiftly as possible, please note that the longest shipping time for international orders is 30 days. If your order exceeds this timeframe, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our team will promptly investigate the matter and work to find a suitable solution.

Please note: In the event of an undeliverable international order due to an incorrect or inaccessible address, or if the recipient declines or is unable to assist with customs clearance, we regret that we are unable to recall the package. In such circumstances, the responsibility for the error lies with the customer, and therefore, we are unable to accept any form of refund or return request for the affected shipment.

We highly encourage our customers to carefully review and ensure the accuracy of their shipping information at the time of purchase to prevent any potential delivery issues. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter 

7. Delay/Lost/Damaged Packages

AIKE collaborates closely with Seel to offer buyer protection. This coverage includes delayed, damaged, and lost items under specific criteria.

  • Delay: Domestic packages not delivered by the 10th day post-order fulfillment (the merchant's shipping date) or international packages not delivered by the 30th day post-order fulfillment are considered delayed. Compensation for delays is $5 USD (or equivalent in transaction currency).

  • Damage: Buyer Protection covers items rendered unusable due to clear fractures, shattering, bending (if not bendable), crushing, etc. Cosmetic damage, manufacturing defects, packaging errors, or unsealed items are not covered. Compensation for damaged items is up to the value paid.

  • Loss: Domestic packages not delivered by the 30th day post-order fulfillment or international packages not delivered by the 60th day post-order fulfillment are considered lost. Compensation for lost packages is the value paid for the items.

Buyer Protection includes carbon-neutral shipment within the recipient's country. Note: Total compensation for one claim is up to the value paid for the item(s).

Buyer Protection can be added during checkout. In case of covered scenarios, report the issue on the Buyer Protection Resolution Center. Qualified issues receive an automatic refund via prepaid credit card emailed to you. 

8. Out of Stock Items

If certain items are out of stock, AIKE Direct Store will ship available items first and subsequently ship remaining items upon restocking or operate refund on items out of stock.
